If you are not completely satisfied with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days at the latest so that we can help you and make you happy again. If your JUVELAN jewelry should break at a later time, we offer you a repair service. Please send us an email with a short description and a photo of the broken jewelry to contact(at)juvelan.net. Afterwards we will make an estimate of the necessary work and check if the damage is due to a material defect or if it was caused by the customer himself. Depending on this, we will either do the repair free of charge or send you a non-binding estimate.
