Our goal is to supply high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we guarantee perfect and flawless goods in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days at the latest so that we can help you and make you happy again. If your JUVELAN jewelry should break at a later time, we offer you a repair service. Please send us an email with a short description and a photo of the broken jewelry to contact(at)juvelan.net. Afterwards we will make an estimate of the necessary work and check if the damage is due to a material defect or if it was caused by the customer himself. Depending on this, we will either do the repair free of charge or send you a non-binding estimate.
All jewelry is packed in high quality JUVELAN jewelry cases and shipped well protected in a sturdy cardboard box.
The cost of postage and packaging varies by country. Simply add the items of your order to the shopping cart and select the shipping country. The shipping costs are then displayed directly in the shopping cart.
There are always promotions where we offer free shipping for orders in a certain period. To learn about such promotions, simply sign up for our newsletter.
In our online store you will find "More Information" for each piece of jewelry, where we have listed in detail the materials used in each case. Basically we work with sterling silver and 18 carat gold plated sterling silver, freshwater pearls, Austrian crystals and gemstones. For our hair jewelry we also use high quality silver or gold plated copper wire and brass.
