This song sung by Marilyn Monroe in the cult movie "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" has accompanied me as a catchy tune during the entire work on the new jewelry designs for the month of April. Now the designs are ready and I am actually a bit excited to present you today the new mini collection with the diamond as birthstone for the month of April.
There is hardly a more famous and sought-after gemstone than the diamond. It is the hardest known naturally occurring material of all and is often used for engagement rings because of its associated immortality as a symbol of eternal fidelity. In general, diamonds are said to give the wearer qualities such as strength, courage and invincibility. The word "diamond", by the way, is derived from the Greek expression "adamas", which means invincible or indestructible. A suitable stone for true "Wonder Women".
